About Jade & Foundry

Helping good businesses work even better.

I'm Jade Gamble, a commercial growth consultant with hands-on experience across sales, eCommerce, SEO, customer experience and practical business improvement. I never sat down and decided I wanted to become a consultant. I simply became the person who was always asking, “Why are we doing it that way?” or “Could this be made easier?”

Websites, customer journeys, emails, sales processes and internal systems all became opportunities to remove friction, reduce wasted effort and help the business perform better. Fixing those things one by one taught me that meaningful growth is usually built through lots of sensible improvements, not one dramatic idea.

Why Foundry Commerce Exists
A commercial growth consultant should help you see what is getting in the way — and what is already worth building on.

Foundry Commerce exists because I have seen what happens when lots of thoughtful improvements begin working together. One clearer page. One better process. One customer question answered properly. One repetitive task made easier. None of those changes looked revolutionary on their own, but together they changed how a business operated, sold and grew.

My role as a commercial growth consultant is not to arrive with a pre-written answer. It is to understand what is really happening, identify where confidence or efficiency is being lost and help the business decide what deserves attention first.

I do not believe businesses need someone arriving with a slide deck full of buzzwords and a long list of everything they are supposedly doing wrong. Most need a fresh pair of eyes, better questions and practical help deciding what is worth fixing first.

That is how I like to work: understand the business properly, earn trust, make changes that are genuinely useful and keep building from there.

Experience That Shapes the Work

Experience that works in the real world.

My experience has been built inside a real business: speaking to customers, preparing quotations, improving websites, writing product pages, managing complex information, fixing awkward processes, testing ideas and finding better ways to get things done. I understand that recommendations still have to work when the phone is ringing, orders need processing and the team already has a full day ahead of them.

01 / COMMERCE

Live commercial operations

Hands-on experience across sales, eCommerce, product information, quotations, customer journeys and the everyday commercial realities of running and growing a business.

02 / CUSTOMER

Customer experience

A practical understanding of the doubts, unanswered questions and frustrating little moments that quietly stop customers enquiring, ordering or coming back.

03 / COMMUNICATION

Commercial communication

Clear communication that helps customers understand what you do, trust what they are being told and make a confident decision without having to dig around for the answer.

04 / EFFICIENCY

Smarter ways of working

Better processes, thoughtful automation and sensible use of AI to reduce repetitive work, improve consistency and give people more time for the tasks that actually need human judgement.

What Makes the Approach Different

Curious. Practical. Always human.

Foundry Commerce is not built around jargon, trend-chasing or recommendations that look clever in a presentation but are completely unrealistic once they reach the people expected to deliver them.

01 / PRACTICAL

Real-world thinking

Advice has to work with your actual team, customers, systems, budget and day-to-day pressures. If nobody can realistically implement it, it is not a useful recommendation.

02 / COMMERCIAL

Purpose before polish

I care about how things look, but appearance is never the whole job. Every improvement should make something clearer, easier, more credible or more commercially effective.

03 / HUMAN

Progress with judgement

Technology and AI can make brilliant things possible, but they still need judgement, common sense and someone willing to ask whether the result is actually helping the customer or the business.

Hi, I'm Jade. Sales, marketing, eCommerce and customer-experience thinking shaped by years of getting stuck into the real work.
About the Founder

A commercial growth consultant who genuinely enjoys finding a better way.

I will let you into a little secret: I actually enjoy finding problems.

Not because I enjoy criticising what is already there. I enjoy the moment when something finally clicks and everyone says, “How did we not notice that before?” That is usually the point where a frustrating problem starts to feel fixable.

Over the last few years, I have helped transform a growing engineering business through hundreds of practical improvements across sales, marketing, eCommerce, SEO, customer experience, AI-supported processes and internal systems. Seeing those small decisions build into meaningful commercial results completely changed the way I think about growth.

What I enjoy most is not simply building a website or producing a strategy. It is understanding why something is not working, finding a practical way forward and seeing the confidence that comes when the changes begin producing results.

I do not expect businesses to be perfect. I have never worked with one that was, including my own. The interesting part is discovering what happens when the right improvements start supporting one another.

Foundry Commerce gives me the opportunity to bring that same practical, commercially minded approach to other ambitious businesses — without pretending there is one perfect formula that works for everyone.

Foundry Commerce Values

The standards behind the work.

01 / CLARITY

Stay Curious

Ask enough questions to understand the real issue before rushing towards the most obvious solution.

02 / PURPOSE

Focus on What Matters

Every recommendation should have a clear customer, operational or commercial reason behind it.

03 / PROGRESS

Never Stand Still

Strong businesses are rarely transformed overnight. They improve because people keep noticing, testing, learning and moving forward.

04 / EVIDENCE

Measure What Matters

Pay attention to useful signals and meaningful outcomes, not numbers included simply because they look impressive in a report.

05 / HUMANITY

Always Keep It Human

Better systems should support people, reduce frustration and make the experience easier for both the customer and the team.

What would we notice about your business?

By this point, there is a good chance you have already thought of something in your own business that could work better.

It might be a page that is not doing its job, a customer journey that feels more difficult than it should, a process everyone dislikes or a project that has stayed on the list for far too long. Tell me what is going on, and we can work out what would make the biggest difference first.
